Admission Procedure

Notification for admission to various degree & career oriented Courses will be given in all the leading Newspapers. Information bulletin along with application form for admission can be obtained personally form the office of the college on payment of Rs. 450/- through bank challan of Bank of India, or through demand draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of the “Principal, Sri. Arvind Mahila College” payable at Patna if desired by post. The college will not be responsible for non – delivery or delayed delivery of the forms sent by post.

Admission Criterion

(A) For BCA & BBM – Students will be admitted to these courses on the basis of their performance in the written Test examination to be conducted by the college followed by Interview. Merit list for admission will be prepared on the basis of Test score & Interview. (B) For TTM & ICT COURSES – Student must have passed Intermediate (XII) level exam in any stream (Science, Arts & Commerce) with minimum 45% marks & she must be studying in B.Sc./ B.A. / B.Com Course in any college of Magadh University for taking admission in TTM & ICT (Career Oriented) Courses.

1. All Bank Drafts must be drawn in favour of “Principal, Sri. Arvind Mahila College” payable at Patna.
2. All payment be made through Bank Challan Cash amount at the collage counter will not be accepted.

Reservation Policy

Reservation policy as per notification of the Magadh University/State Government will be strictly followed.


The selected candidates will have to get themselves registered with the Magadh University on payment of requisite fee except those who are already registered with Magadh University. The candidates coming from other University will have to submit migration certificate from her previous University and they will have to deposit emigration fee also. The students who are not registered with Magadh University will not be allowed to appear at the University exam.

Sent-up Rules

75% attendance is mandatory. No student will be permitted to appear at University examination (Part -I, II & III exams in case of BCA, BBM, ICT & TTM) unless she fulfills the condition of 75% attendance in each paper/Seminars/Case studies/Special Lectures etc.


Student will have to appear at the University Examination at the end of Year (BCA & BBM). The examination will be conducted by Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. For ICT & TTM examination will be conducted according to UGC norms.

Award of Degree

After successful completion of the course, appropriate degree will be awarded by the Magadh University.
